Enemies

Enemies will walk a predefined path in waves. Each unit has a specific role and provides advantages to the enemy army.

Brick

Bricks are faithful and sacrifice themselves for everyone else. When dying, this particular unit, splashes into the ground leaving a substrate of organic material that gives speed to other troupes.

They are the construction material of the alien invaders.

  • Medium velocity;

  • Low Health;

  • Low Damage;

  • When dead, they became part of the terrain effectively increasing other unit’s speed.

Grob

Just above the Brick in the hierarchy of the aliens, they are big and juicy. Every time a unit in a higher hierarchy level requires health, can consume a living grob to gain the health back.

They are, instead, the food of the army.

  • Slow velocity;

  • Medium health;

  • Low Damage;

  • Can be eaten by other members that require health;

Warriors are designed to defend the nest. Their goal is to destroy each hostile creature while defending higher hierarchy units such as Marabunta. Whenever they lose health points, warriors can invest a few seconds to consume a Grob. However, if no grobs are close, they won’t bother to search any, they will just keep focused on the main target.

Their favorite food is the only one they have: the Grob.

  • Medium velocity;

  • High damage;

  • Medium Health;

  • Armour;

Marabunta

Marabuntas are the chiefs of armies. They can force bricks to sacrifice themselves and grobs to immolate for the nest. Is rare to see two marabuntas in the same army as they often compete to gain full power over the nest population.

Each time they command sub-units they stop for a few seconds screaming toward the sky; every nest member within the scope must obey.

  • Very slow;

  • High damage;

  • High Health;
